1、鋼卷吊具在運用過程中，如呈現旋鎖滾動不靈敏或不到位，應查看調整調理螺母，再查看以下部位：

　　4、緩沖繃簧拉伸量是不是過小，若過小，則應縮短緩沖繃簧銜接的鋼絲繩長度。

　　5、運用中應避免鋼卷吊具指示板上的指示標識涂料掉落。一經發現，需及時補原指示標識的涂料。

　　6、關于鋼卷吊具上的鋼絲繩，應當令地清潔并涂以光滑油或光滑脂，特別是鋼絲繩彎曲處。

6. Regarding the wire rope on the steel coil spreader, the ground should be cleaned and coated with smooth oil or grease, especially the bend of the wire rope.
